Community Service Alliance We operate four housing sites for men transitioning from poverty and homelessness to independence and self-sufficiency. So far, we have had no health-related issues, but we are reaching critical levels with our ability to provide the basic supplies for all of our houses due to shortages at most retailers. Our needs are as follows:

  • toilet paperpaper towels
  • sanitizing wipes
  • spray cleaner with bleach (any size, any brand)
  • bathroom cleaner (any size, type or brand)
  • pine-sol, or other type of floor cleaner
  • dishwashing detergent (any size, any brand)
  • liquid hand soap
  • non-perishable food

Cuyahoga County Cuyahoga County announced today the opening of a donation collection point in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The County is encouraging medical practices such as veterinary clinics, dentists, elective surgery centers, and other non-essential medical providers to donate surplus Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to support first responders and critical operations occurring in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Unopened boxes of the following items will be accepted:

  • N95 masks
  • Surgical masks
  • Gowns
  • Eye protection
  • Face shields
  • Nitrile gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes
  • Hand sanitizer

Only unopened boxes of the above items will be accepted.

A collection point has been established at the Cuyahoga County Public Works Garage located at 2501 Harvard Ave. Newburgh Heights, OH 44105.

The hours of operation for the collection point will be Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO) Donations of new reusable, washable masks are needed to be distributed to our tenants. We hope to provide each member of every household with two masks; the goal is to collect 350 total, which also allows us to provide masks to other aides or caregivers who need them.
