Nonprofit Leaders’ Breakfast: Creating LGBTQ+ Inclusive Workplaces

In order to achieve an inclusive workplace, employees must understand the dynamics of diversity and how language and behavior contribute to maintaining an inclusive and productive workplace. Attendees will develop skills and understanding to better respond to business situations and interactions as well as build knowledge on the LGBTQ consumer and employee market.
