Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that registrants cancel via email at least 3 business days prior to a scheduled seminar. While BVU generally cannot issue refunds for seminar fees, we can offer the following upon your timely cancellation:

1. You may send someone in your place to the originally scheduled seminar.
2. You may use your registration toward the next date of the same seminar series.

Please reach out to info@bvuvolunteers.org with any questions or cancellations. Any requests made within 3 business days of a scheduled seminar may not be able to be accommodated.

BVU reserves the right to substitute alternative presenters due to unanticipated situations. The views expressed by our guest speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of BVU.
