Combining expert research on trust-based leadership and neuroscience with Neubert’s personal leadership journey, this presentation will explore how leaders can build trust through self-awareness and a human-centric approach. This topic is particularly relevant in the wake of the pandemic as new talent models and stakeholder expectations have emerged. Neubert will also examine the influence of technology on brain evolution using Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s Whole Brain Living approach, and will specifically discuss how Gen Z and the Alpha generation will re-shape business and the workplace. |
