About Effective Leadership Academy
Effective Leadership Academy’s mission is to help people develop their most valuable asset-themselves. Through a variety of hands-on, engaging activities our students and educators take a “journey of self-discovery” and gain essential tools for success along the way.
Pathways to Success serves as a critical bridge program for students preparing to enter a key transition point, such as middle school or high school. For many students, social, emotional, and psychological changes make the transitions difficult. ELA can help guide students to success.
