Heather leads business engagement by maintaining and growing partnerships, as well as manages the Volunteer CONNECT team in referring business volunteers to nonprofit needs.

Her past experience includes over 10 years of project management, design, and event planning. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the College of Wooster and served as an AmeriCorps volunteer for two years with Habitat for Humanity as a site supervisor and volunteer coordinator. She previously served on the boards of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute and Caring Cubs.
