Corporate Volunteer Fellow Opportunity
Diaper Bank of Greater Cleveland is seeking an innovative Fellow to design and launch a corporate volunteer program for the diaper bank. This project involves creating engagement opportunities for organizations to support diaper need through team-building activities, donation drives, and advocacy efforts, fostering stronger community partnerships and making a tangible impact for families in need.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and establish a sustainable framework that engages local businesses in meaningful volunteer opportunities.
• Reports to Executive Director and communicates with drivers and the program director.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify the needs of the diaper bank, align with future corporate goals.
• Program Design: Creating volunteer activities tailored for corporate groups, such as diaper bundling events, donation drives, and advocacy campaigns.
• Outreach and Relationship Building: Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential corporate partners, showcasing the value of their involvement.
• Implementation: Developing resources such as volunteer handbooks, scheduling tools, and tracking systems to ensure program efficiency.
• Evaluation and Sustainability: Establishing metrics to measure program success and creating processes for long-term maintenance.
Term: 500 hours
Stipend: $10,000
Location: 15500 S. Waterloo Rd, Cleveland, OH 44110 (Hybrid)
