As leaders of nonprofits organizations, the pandemic had a special impact as we both managed health risks, the resulting pressure on costs, revenues and labor all while continuing to deliver and administer to the needs of our members and beneficiaries. As the pandemic moves to endemic, we’d like to begin to reconnect with each other and create an opportunity for dialogue, discussion and idea sharing among organization leaders.
