Tracey has over 20 years of experience with risk management, governance, culture and change related matters. She has served in various leadership roles for a Fortune 500 company, with responsibilities spanning geographies, risk areas and business units.
Tracey is currently co-leading KPMG’s Culture Transformation. During her KPMG tenure, Tracey has led KPMG’s Pennsylvania Internal Audit and National Life Sciences Internal Audit practices. She has also played a leadership role in culture assessment service delivery, helping organizations to understand the critical role of culture in risk management and what to do about it. Tracey has designed and developed programs to assess culture, both as an industry practitioner and a consultant. She frequently advises executives and Boards on the topic.
Throughout her career, Tracey has served as a catalyst for change and is passionate about people and ideas. Tracey is a thought leader and frequent speaker on culture and risk related matters.
She is an active member of KPMG’s Network of Women and was designated as the 2018 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Luminary for KPMG.
