The Disrupted BVU Business Partner Breakfast: HR & the Age of AI
October 4 @ 7:30 am - 10:00 amFree - $65
Re-imagining Work and Community Engagement
BVU’s Business Partner Breakfast brings together business professionals charged with community engagement at their companies to share best practices and network with peers.
As Artificial Intelligence eliminates some of our traditional work (and possibly workers), what will the Human Resources do in organizations? How will AI impact corporate community engagement and be leveraged to address the most critical issues facing NEO? This will be unlike past BVU Business Partner Breakfasts. We are bringing together HR leaders, community engagement professionals and other professionals to explore the mind boggling possibilities that lie ahead and our readiness for working together with new technology and new definitions of work and volunteering. Fear about major change is real, the disruption could be massive, but we need to design a new future that is generative and positive.
Coming from Switzerland, Jens Hansen is a global force in adaptation and business transformation. He works with some of the world’s Fortune 500 companies to affect change. With a focus on likely shifts of power, the subsequent shift of responsibilities and opportunities driven by new technologies, he advises on digital leadership, business models and strategy, organizational development, technologies, and culture.
The Breakfast will include his keynote address including interactive discussion to uncover the powerful ideas already emerging in our workplaces. Come hear about our future of work and explore how this can profoundly impact how we look at community engagement.
